Rails Pro Requirements

This section explains all you need to know about applying for Rails Pro.

At Rails, we see compliance not just as a requirement, but as a competitive advantage—one that builds trust, strengthens our platform, and helps you trade with confidence. To maintain this high standard, users of Rails Pro must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) (for business accounts) verifications which are detailed in this section of our help center.

What are the eligibility requirements to use Rails Pro?

Rails Pro does have certain restrictions as outlined here. Your application will be declined in the following circumstances:

• Geographic Issues:

  • The business is not registered in a permitted jurisdiction.

  • A beneficial owner of the business is a citizen of or resides in a prohibited jurisdiction.

• Unsupported Entity Type:

  • Charities, non-profits, foundations and sole proprietorships are not permitted.

• Insufficient Experience:

  • Only investors with sufficient experience and risk tolerance are permitted to use Pro.

• Incomplete Application:

  • You have not provided sufficient documentation to verify the business entity (KYB).

  • Not all required individuals have completed identity verification (KYC).

How long does it take to get verified?

If you have all the required documentation and information ready, completing the application should take no more than 5 minutes for individual accounts and 5–10 minutes for business accounts.

Business accounts require a manual review to verify all documentation, but most reviews are completed within 1 business day.
