Withdrawals
All withdrawals are issued in USDT on the Ink network, users are able to bridge their USDT to other networks using the Bridge (reverse) function in the Rails withdrawal process.
Before you continue:
Wallet Connections, Deposits & Withdrawals are not supported on mobile at this time.
There is a minimum withdrawal limit of $10.00
A fee applies to all withdrawals to cover gas fees of 0.1%, but is capped at $1.
Withdrawals are available on both your Main and Sub-Account (if created). Learn more about how Rails sub-accounts work here.
How to withdraw USDT:
Note: Withdrawals from your Rails Play Sub-Account are subject to trading credit withdrawal locks, and profit share rules.
Log into your Rails account.
Click on Withdraw at the top right corner of the trading page on desktop.

Input the Amount you would like to withdraw and click Request Withdrawal.

Wait until the transaction is approved.

Once the transaction has been confirmed click Collect to my Wallet.

Confirm your withdrawal request on the wallet extension.

Some wallets won't auto-import tokens so you need to import them manually for them to be displayed. MetaMask, for example, has steps to do so here. Make sure to import USDT by specifying it's address as displayed above (0x0200C29006150606B650577BBE7B6248F58470c1).
To view your withdrawal history, check out the Transfers tab in the Portfolio page.
Bridging USDT to a Preferred Network
Click on Withdraw at the top right hand corner of the trading page.

Select on the Bridge tab on the right, and input:
the Amount you want to bridge
the Network you want to bridge to
Then click Bridge to continue.

Approve the spending cap limit for the bridging transaction if prompted in your wallet.

Wait for the transaction to complete. This could take up to 10 minutes.
