As a regulated company, Rails has certain restrictions which determine user eligibility as outlined below. This is subject to change as the company evolves, so check back again if you're not currently supported.
Prohibited Jurisdictions: Rails prohibits users in from trading on its platform. These jurisdictions are non-negotiable, and are subject to change. Users (individuals or business entities) which are associated with these countries in any way are not permitted to open a Rails account.
Countries absent from the prohibited jurisdiction list may still be unsupported. If you don't see your country listed in the drop-down when signing up, your country is not supported.
Unsupported Business Types: Charities, non-profits, foundations and sole proprietorships are not permitted entity types for business accounts at this time.
Insufficient Experience: Only investors with sufficient experience and risk tolerance are permitted to open an account at this time.
Unverified Accounts: All users must complete the required verification checks as outlined in the and articles. These are regulatory requirements we must comply with by law. If we're unable to successfully verify your account, your application cannot be approved.
