This section explains all you need to know about applying for Rails Pro.

At Rails, we see compliance not just as a requirement, but as a competitive advantage—one that builds trust, strengthens our platform, and helps you trade with confidence. To maintain this high standard, eligible users of Rails must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) (for business accounts) verifications which are detailed in this section of our Help Center.

We've designed the process to be as smooth and straightforward as possible, but if you need help please contact us and we'd be glad to assist you.

How long does it take to get verified?

If you have all the required documentation and information ready, completing the application should take no more than 5 minutes for individual accounts and 5–10 minutes for business accounts.

Business accounts require a manual review to verify all documentation, but most reviews are completed within 1 business day.
