2. Discord: Join our community to connect with other users, share insights, and get peer-to-peer support. Our team actively monitors the #get-help channel throughout each business day. Use /help in #get-help to create a private thread between you and the Support team.

3. Submit an Email Request: Our support team will respond as soon as possible. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
