Rails is now building for institutional trading. Rather than require vesting for our founding community, we are accelerating vesting as we continue to build our institutional products. **Mechanics:** * Distribution will occur on September 3rd 2026, to the wallet that received your prior vests. What was the eligibility criteria? Eligible users must fall into at least one of the following groups: * [Rails Play V1](broken://spaces/rd0J8Ie4dN9uolpgtRaM/pages/zxZP6QGsd9SkVJpIFrj7) participants who were notified of their eligibility in summer 2025 * Any user who earned points on Rails or Rails Play prior to Feb 1st, 2026 00:00 UTC * Quest users who have claimed at least one Quest Evaluation successfully prior to Feb 1st, 2026 00:00 UTC Eligible users must connect their preferred wallet on either Rails (instructions shown [here](https://help.rails.xyz/rails/deposits-and-withdrawals/wallet-connection)) or Rails Play (instructions shown [here](https://help.rails.xyz/play/getting-started/navigating-rails-play#wallet-connection-and-switching)) **prior to Feb 1st, 2026 00:00 UTC**. * Quest users and Discord community members were advised to open a Rails Play account to connect their wallet. * Discord community members were notified of their eligibility and instructions prior to Feb 1st, 2026 00:00 UTC. I received an email saying I'm not eligible. Why? Rails retains final authority over all aspects of point eligibility and token issuance. After a thorough review, some users may be deemed ineligible for the token airdrop. We cannot provide reasons for this decision, which is final. This decision affects only a small number of users. As a regulated company, and as part of sign-up for Rails & Rails Play, we advise that users must not reside in any prohibited jurisdiction, or falsify their applications or sign-ups if applying from prohibited jurisdictions. Users from prohibited jurisdictions are not be eligible for the airdrop.
Are points converted 1:1? Can you provide my conversion details? No. Points are **not converted 1:1** to tokens. We are unable to confirm or respond to each inquiry about how your points were converted.
Can you explain how the 12-month vesting works? All eligible users who've earned eligible Rails Points prior to the launch will be part of the airdrop. Those individuals who qualify to receive tokens will receive an airdrop of 25% of their allocation at launch, and the remaining amount will be vested and airdropped to the same wallet address over the next 11 months, on the 4th of each month, as outlined in our [Token Prospectus](https://rails.xyz/tokenomics/). {% hint style="info" %} Cookie rewards are an exception, as users received their tokens without a vesting period. This was due to the lack of a disclosed vesting period, and therefore, as a gesture of goodwill, Cookie rewards are exempt from any vesting requirements. {% endhint %}
Who is Autonomous? Are emails from them legitimate? Autonomous is our airdrop partner, and they are helping to airdrop the tokens directly to the connected wallet addresses you provided. In some cases, users may be required to KYC with Autonomous directly, or follow instructions for a test transation. Emails you receive from [Autonomousprojects.co](http://Autonomousprojects.co) are legitimate and some users will have to complete KYC, but they **will never ask for private keys.**
I can't see the token in my wallet address. What should I do? **Step 1:** Confirm you have the tokens by going to [Etherscan](https://etherscan.io/) and searching your wallet address. Go to "Token transfers" to see your tokens. If you have tokens, they will show here, even if they aren't showing in your wallet.
{% hint style="info" %} If you don't have tokens listed in your wallet on Etherscan, then you were not eligible for the airdrop. See [here](#why-didnt-i-get-tokens) for more information. {% endhint %} **Step 2:** Some wallets don't automatically show tokens; use the contract address `0x19645c760aFfdD9caC0b805A80De227cbe506538` to add the token manually to your wallet.
Why didn't I get tokens? If your points were eligible, they have been dropped to your connected wallet address. All points were checked and confirmed and then again verified for additional eligibility criteria like Sybil activity, bot activity, or other ineligible practices. We notified user via email, and community posts in the weeks leading up to launch. If you did not get tokens, you were not eligible for the airdrop. We are unable to amend airdrop details after February 1st, 2026, at 00:00 UTC for mistakes, omissions, or incorrectly connected wallet.
