Rails is proudly registered with Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) under both the Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) and Securities Investment Business Act (SIBA) regimes, and is pending registration as an Introducing Broker with the National Futures Association (NFA) in the United States.
