Token Airdrop FAQ

All points-generating activity is now closed. Please see the below for all information that we are able to share about our the token airdrop on February 4th, 2025.

• All points earned by users are subject to applicable eligibility requirements and final verification.

• Please allow 48 business hours, and try the troubleshooting steps before reaching out to Support.

General

When is the Token Launch?

The Rails Token Launch is set to take place on February 4, 2026 on Kraken.

When is the Airdrop taking place?

The airdrop is taking place on February 4th, 2026. Please allow up to 48 business hours before contacting support with any questions.

What happens at the Token Launch?

All eligible users who've earned eligible Rails Points prior to the launch will be part of the airdrop. Those individuals who qualify to receive tokens will receive an airdrop of 25% of their allocation at launch, and the remaining amount will be linearly vested and airdropped over the next 12 months as outlined in our Token Prospectus .

The following are our eligibility requirements:

• Eligible users must fall into at least one of the following groups:

  • Rails Play V1 participants who were notified of their eligibility in summer 2025

  • Any user who earned points on Rails or Rails Play prior to Feb 1st, 2026 00:00 UTC

  • Quest users who have claimed at least one Quest Evaluation successfully prior to Feb 1st, 2026 00:00 UTC

• Eligible users must connect their preferred wallet on either Rails (instructions shown here) or Rails Play (instructions shown here) prior to Feb 1st, 2026 00:00 UTC. Quest users and Discord community members should open a Rails Play account to connect their wallet.

• Discord community members were notified of their eligibility and instructions prior to Feb 1st, 2026 00:00 UTC.

Troubleshooting

Why didn't I get my tokens?

To qualify for the airdrop, your wallet must have been linked to your Rails or Rails Play account by February 1st. If your wallet was not connected by then, you are ineligible for the airdrop.

Participants of Rails Quests must have finished an evaluation quest to claim their accumulated points, as well as connected their wallet to Rails Play. Email reminders and Discord posts were sent before the deadline.

We are unable to amend airdrop details after February 1st, 2026, at 00:00 UTC.

I can't see the token in my wallet address. What should I do?

The airdrop will be sent for $RAILS on ETH. Some wallets don't automatically show tokens; use the contract address 0x19645c760aFfdD9caC0b805A80De227cbe506538 to add the token manually.

Conversion & Eligibility

I received an email saying I'm not eligible. Why?

Rails retains final authority over all aspects of point eligibility and token issuance. After a thorough review, some users may be deemed ineligible for the token airdrop. We cannot provide reasons for this decision, which is final. This decision affects only a small number of users.

Please note: users who act unprofessionally with our Discord Mods will face bans or removal, bans or timeouts from our Discord Server, but will still have access to support.

Who is Autonomous?

Autonomous is our airdrop partner, and they are helping to airdrop the tokens directly to the connected wallet addresses you provided. In some cases, users may be required to KYC with Autonomous directly, or follow instructions for a test transation.

Emails you receive from Autonomousprojects.co are legitimate and some users will have to complete KYC, but they will never ask for private keys.
