The details of our rewards program may evolve over time; however, we are committed to maintaining the weekly leaderboard competitions in Rails for the foreseeable future.

What is an Evaluation Quest?
An evaluation quest is one that includes the purchase of a Rails Play evaluation.
What is an Evaluation ID, and where can I find it?
Each evaluation purchased in Rails play has it's own individual Evaluation ID. Find out where to find your Evaluation ID here.
What’s the difference between Rails Points and Rails ID points
Rails Points are points that show up in either Rails or Rails Play. Rails ID points are only viewable in the Rails Quest Dashboard. Reminder: 1 Rails ID Point is equal to 1 Rails Point.
Can anyone participate in Rails Quests?
Anyone can participate in Rails Quests to receive Rails ID points, but you can only claim these points at the token launch if you've purchased an evaluation on Rails Play. You’ll unlock access to additional Rails ID Points and Rails Points by signing up for Rails and/or Rails Play!
I’ve already completed some of these quests prior to the quest page launching, do I still qualify for Rails ID Points?
Yes. You can claim Rails ID points for the activity directly from the Rails Quest page. If you’re unsure, reach out to our Support team.
Troubleshooting:
Why is my Evaluation Claim is being rejected?
You must ensure that all the information on your account matches from your Rails Play account. For example:
Adding a $20 Evaluation ID to claim the reward for purchasing a $50 evaluation will result in your claim being auto-rejected.
Adding a correct Evaluation ID but adding a false or incorrect username will result in your claim being auto-rejected.
Adding an email address into the evaluation ID box will result in your claim being auto-rejected.
Adding the same Evaluation ID in 2 evaluation quests will result in one of your claims being auto-rejected.
How long does it take for Rails ID points to show up in my Rails Quests Dashboard?
Most Rails ID points will show up in your account within 24hrs. Please allow a total of 48hrs for your points to show before reaching out to Support. If your claim doesn't have all the correct information listed, the calim will be failed.
Multiple Wallet Extensions/Connection Issues
If you experience difficulties connecting a specific wallet due to multiple wallet extensions in your browser, follow these steps:
Disable Other Wallets: Go to your browser's extension settings and disable all wallet extensions except the one you want to use.
Refresh the Page: Once the other wallets are disabled, refresh your browser page and attempt the connection again.
Note: There's no need to uninstall any extensions. Disabling them preserves your data and eliminates the need to reload wallets using seed phrases.
Why aren’t my Rails Points showing in the Quest page?
Your Rails Rewards Wallet, Rails Play Rewards Wallet, and Quest rewards are distinctly tracked in each products platform. Therefore, Rails Points are only viewable within your Rails or Rails Play Rewards wallet, and Rails ID Points are only visible in the Quest platform.
