Evaluation Pricing
When you purchase an evaluation, you are paying a one-time price to access a simulated trading account.
Each evaluation tier provides a user with $100,000 in simulated capital. The higher the tier, the larger the trading credit you're eligible to win, provided you are also eligible and have signed up for Rails.
Simulated capital is not real money. The price is the cost for purchasing an evaluation and not a deposit. It is a notional balance used to test your trading performance under the evaluation rules.
Evaluation Trading Fees
Fees are applied to each trade to simulate a regular trading environment, and impact your account equity. Trading fees are 0.04% per side (either opening or closing), and calculated using the notional size of the position.

Purchasing an Evaluation
You can purchase an evaluation anywhere the Buy Evaluation button or clickable link shows, provided you don't already have an open evaluation.
Before you make a purchase, you'll need to agree to our Rails Trader agreement, agreeing to the profit share rules for trading credit rewards. Follow the instructions on screen, and you'll be taken to the the payment page.
All options above will bring up the "Buy an Evaluation" purchase screen:
Play evaluations can be purchased with any cryptocurrency from your wallet, through our integration with Glide. You can use any token in your preferred wallet.

Use tokens from your wallet
Once you've selected Buy Evaluation, you'll be taken to the Glide payment modal:
Select Wallet.
Glide may recognize any available wallet extensions you have (if so, skip to step 3), or will allow you to connect to your wallet using a QR code. You can switch wallets by disconnecting any wallets that are recognized, and using Wallet Connect instead:

Once Glide is connected to your wallet, you'll be shown any available tokens you can use to pay with.
Select the token you want to pay with.
You'll be taken to a final review screen to confirm your payment. Click Pay now.
Approve the transaction in your wallet when prompted.
Once payment has been processed, you will be directed to the Evaluation page where you can begin your evaluation.
If your payment is successful but your evaluation doesn't open right away, try refreshing your page and waiting approximately 60 seconds. Do not make an additional payment.
Transfer your tokens from anywhere
Using Glide's "transfer from anywhere", you can send a payment from any wallet on a supported blockchain.
Choose Transfer from anywhere.
Select your preferred chain.
Choose the token you want to use from the list.
Use the drop-down to see more tokens that can be transferred through Glide.
You'll be provided with a unique contract address and QR code to help you make your transfer. Follow the instructions in your wallet, make the transfer and then click Payment Complete.
Note: if you send your payment to the wrong payment address, we are not liable for any misplaced funds. Please ensure you double-check all information before proceeding.
You'll see updates in the processing window, until your payment is successful.
Once payment has been processed, you will be directed to the Evaluation page where you can begin your evaluation.

Get the Rails Token
The Rails Token is exclusively listed on Kraken. Kraken’s verification steps and available funding methods can vary by country/region.
To get started:
Create or sign in to your Kraken account.
Complete Kraken’s Identity Verification process.
Add funds (e.g., deposit fiat or crypto, depending on what’s available in your region).
Search for $RAILS (or this link) and place a buy order.
