Business Document Requirements
As a business applicant, you will be required to upload certain documentation to verify the entity and meet Business Verification Requirements. The required documents will vary by entity type and jurisdiction, but we've arranged a list of acceptable documents below to determine what you need.
Note: Some jurisdictions have different names for these documents, and not all jurisdictions include the same level of detail. Please use the checklist to ensure you have provided documentation which meets all requirements before submitting your application.
Documentation Checklist
You will be asked to upload enough documents to verify these required details. Depending on your organization’s complexity, this may take 1–5 documents.
Document Requirements
All documents must be dated within a specific time frame (or certified) as detailed here:
Proof of good standing must be issued within the last 6 months.
All other documents must be dated within the last 12 months.
If we are not able to publicly verify the business’ existence, good standing and ownership structure, we may require your documents to be certified.
Acceptable Documents
