The Rails Platform
Hybrid Perps: Institutional Speed. Onchain Custody.
Rails is a hybrid digital asset perpetual trading platform that combines centralized order processing with secure onchain custody. By leveraging zero-knowledge proofs, Rails ensures you always stay in control of your funds without compromising speed.
We have built a system that focuses on:
Speed: Trades execute in sub-millisecond time.
Transparency: Every deposit, withdrawal, and transaction is posted onchain to Ink every 30 seconds.
Security: Cryptographic proofs of all activity is fully verifiable by you in, yet always anonymous.
Compliance: Compliance is embedded by design, ensuring global regulatory readiness and stability.
We believe that traders shouldn't have to compromise on security and efficiency. Learn more about Rails below.

Transparency, Speed and Security
Instant Trade Execution
Our centralized platform is designed to match orders with sub-millisecond processing. Our proprietary matching engine scales seamlessly, delivering lightning-fast settlements and real-time updates to account balances
Verifiable Transactions
Each of these transactions are cryptographically aggregated and posted onchain, ensuring users' privacy remains intact. Users can cryptographically verify their transactions, which are included in a Merkle tree, using Block Explorer.
See the Rails Smart Contract on Ink here.
Onchain Custody
Rails user funds are held onchain in an audited and secure smart contract. The Rails smart contract tracks all key fund movements, including deposits, withdrawals, and fees.
See our smart contract audit report here.
Regulatory Compliance
Rails is proudly registered with CIMA under both the VASP and SIBA regimes, ensuring that we operate as a fully compliant platform. Our comprehensive Anti-Money Laundering (AML) program strictly adheres to all regulatory requirements. All eligible Rails users must complete necessary checks, such as Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) verifications, where applicable.
