Changing Your Wallet

Rails restricts or limits wallet changes intentionally to increase security and reduce risk on the Play & Pro platforms. While Rails Play users cannot change their wallet at all, Rails Pro users are permitted to change their wallet address if their account balance is 0.

Before you can connect a new wallet address you must unlink (disconnect) your current wallet address via these steps:

You will not be permitted to unlink your wallet if your account balance is not 0. All open positions must be closed and funds withdrawn to the connected wallet.

1. Click on the Options (3 lines) tab on the top right of your trading screen and select Settings.

1. Click on Wallet on the left of the options page.

1. Click on Unlink Wallet.

1. Click on Send Code.

1. Check your email for the secret code sent from Rails.

1. Input the code and click Unlink Wallet.

Your wallet should now be disconnected from the Rails platform and not listed in the Wallet area of the options screen.
