Why is my Rails Pro Application Not Approved?
Rails Pro does have some eligibility restrictions which we've aimed to make as transparent as possible below.
Failed or Incomplete Verification: Rails Pro requires both Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) verifications, where applicable, to be completed before you can trade on the platform. This is a regulatory requirement we must comply with by law.
Unsophisticated Investors: Rails Pro applicants must have sufficient investment knowledge and risk tolerance for the integrity of the platform.
Prohibited Jurisdictions: Applicants cannot be citizens of, residents of, or be a business registered in certain restricted countries.
Unsupported Business Types: Some business types, like non-profits, charities and fundraisers, are not eligible.
Duplicate Accounts: Users are only allowed to have one individual Pro account. Duplicates will be automatically declined.
If you’re not eligible for Rails Pro, you will be notified automatically during the application process or by email from our support team.
If your account is pending verification, we'll reach out within 1 business day if we require further action.
If you are unsure about the status of your application, reach out on Discord or contact us by email.
