The and the Rails approach to compliance is our competitive advantage, however certain applications may not be approved. If you are not eligible for Rails Pro, you will be notified automatically during the application process or by email from a member of our team.
Rails Pro has eligibility restrictions which we've aimed to make as transparent as possible below:
Pending Manual Review: The Rails team needs one business day to review all documents submitted for Business applicants. You will be contacted via email once you're approved, or if we require more information. Check your spam folder if you don't receive the email.
Failed or Incomplete Verification: Rails Pro requires both and , where applicable, to be completed before you can trade on the platform. It is possible that there wasn't sufficient documentation to verify your business, or verify your identity. These are regulatory requirements we must comply with by law.
Unsophisticated Investors: Rails Pro applicants must have sufficient investment knowledge, trading experience, and risk tolerance.
Prohibited Jurisdictions: Applicants who are citizens of, residents of, or whose business is registered in are not permitted on Rails Pro.
Unsupported Business Types: Some business types, like charities, non-profits, foundations and sole proprietorships, are not eligible for Rails Pro.
Duplicate Accounts: Users are only allowed to have one individual Pro account. Duplicates will be automatically declined. If you have not applied previously for a Rails Pro account, please reach out to us .
