NEW! Affiliate Program

Earn rewards by referring users to the platform.

The Rails Affiliate Program enables influencers and top referrers to earn rewards from the fees generated by their referrals. As this is a new initiative, we look forward to adapting based on affiliate feedback.

Contact us (with details of your X or Telegram handles) to become a Rails Affiliate, or jump to the relevant cards below to learn more!

How it Works

  • Use your personal referral code to invite new users to Rails.

  • You'll receive a reward of 10% of the fees from each referred user's trading activity, effective from your eligibility date.

  • You will receive rewards with respect to each referee for the first twelve months.

  • The rewards will be deposited into your Rails account balance in USDT monthly.

Eligibility

Affiliates are currently assessed individually based on the following criteria:

  • Number of followers on social media platforms

  • History of successful user referrals (at least 10)

  • Total trade volume from referrals (minimum $10,000,000 collectively)

Read the program rules and contact us (with details of your X or Telegram handles) to see if you qualify to be a Rails Affiliate!

How does Rails assess affiliate reward rates?

We'll assess all affiliates quarterly to determine if reward rates warrant changing. Affiliates are assessed based on their:

  • Invitees’ monthly trading volume

  • Number of new or total traded invitees per month

The default commission rate is 10%.

  • If you meet the criteria for a higher level, you will be upgraded during next month to a higher reward rate.

  • If you fail to meet the current level's criteria for three consecutive months, your reward rate may be decreased or you may be removed from the affiliate program entirely.

NOTE:

  • If an invitee’s counterparty has a negative trading fee rate, the final commission will be calculated based on the actual net trading fees incurred.

  • You may not be able to earn commissions from users located in Prohibited Jurisdictions, as further defined below.

What are my ongoing compliance obligations?

You acknowledge that your role as an affiliate includes engaging and educating your audience in a manner that adheres to the highest standards of integrity and regulatory compliance. Compliance with these obligations is essential to protect both your reputation and Rails’s interests. Accordingly, you expressly warrant and undertake to fully comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations, including, but not limited to, applicable anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, sanctions compliance, marketing and advertising laws, registration and licensing requirements, intellectual property and brand representation, and regulatory updates and changes. You further warrant that you are solely responsible for understanding and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, you have not relied on Rails for guidance or interpretation of these requirements, and you are obligated to independently ensure compliance with all relevant obligations.

Why could I be removed from Rails's Affiliate Program?

All affiliates must remain fully compliant with Rails's terms and all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to the prohibition of marketing, advertising, and link posting in the Prohibited Jurisdictions provided below and shall be responsible for any violations thereof.

For account security, you’ll be removed from the affiliate program if suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to:

  • Redirecting users to Rails from websites that resemble the Rails official website, including:

    • Websites mirroring the look and feel of the Rails website

    • Websites with similar URLs as our official URL (www.rails.xyz)

    • Websites loaded with Rails logos as clickbait

  • Using social media accounts that resemble the Rails official social media account, including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram

  • Sending invitation emails or text messages by impersonating Rails

  • Advertising Rails's brand keywords such as Rails and Rails Exchange in search engines, including Google, Bing, Yandex, Yahoo, and Naver

  • Self-inviting through multiple accounts

  • Promoting the affiliate program, posting links, and/or marketing or advertising directly, to users residing in the following countries, or other prohibited and restricted jurisdictions, as may change from time to time (collectively, the "Prohibited Jurisdictions") as provided in section 2.2 of Rails's Terms of Service.

  • Posting, linking, or submitting any links related to Rails on search engines, digital platforms, or any other online medium which could be accessible by individuals or entities located in the Prohibited Jurisdictions.

Any breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of this agreement and may expose any breaching affiliate to legal action and liability for damages, including but not limited to those imposed by regulatory authorities within the specified jurisdictions.

Rails reserves the right to modify or discontinue the affiliate program and modify the terms at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
