Phase 2 runs from Sep 29 - Token Launch, Dec 2025

Read below to learn about the current and upcoming phases of the Rails Rewards Program and how you can earn rewards through 2025 and early 2026.

We aim to maintain the weekly leaderboard competitions you've grown to love, but we're also offering extra incentives and ways to earn both Rails Points and USDT rewards until our Token Launch in late 2025. After which weekly competitions will reward in Rails Token Points. Read more below!

Rewards Program Phase I-III

Below is a brief overview of the upcoming phases. Use the links to explore Phases 1-3 for detailed information on earning rewards.

Phase 2 (now!)	Sept 29, 2025 - Token Launch (Dec 2025)	Earn Rails Points and USDT. Rails Points will be converted to Rails Tokens after the Token Launch in December 2025.
Phase 3	Token Launch - Onwards	Earn Rails Token Points.

1 Rails Point ≠ 1 Rails Token. Rails Points will serve as placeholders until the Token Launch. At that time, all Rails Points will be converted into Rails Tokens, according to a conversion rate to be announced after Phase 1 ends. Currently we estimate this to be ~2 Rails Points = 1 Rails Token. This approach ensures a fair distribution of the token pool towards the rewards program.

1 Rails Token Point = 1 Rails Token. After the Token Launch, Rails Points will be replaced with Rails Token Points. Our token will be tradable on a major exchange, and will become the utility for access to other Rails products.

Phase II (current)

When: September 29th, 2025 - the Rails Token Launch (December 2025)

The Token Launch will occur in late 2025. The exact date will be shared in Fall 2025. All Rails Points will be converted to Rails Tokens following the launch.

Performance Points	Top 100 users on each leaderboard earn a share of 300K points weekly. Trading Activity Score will be replaced with Trading Volume.
Participation Points	A one-time airdrop of 3,000,000 Rails Points will be distributed on Dec 1st (12 AM UTC) to all traders who are active during Phase II. Learn more.
Referrals	Earn 50 points per qualified referral. Referrals must deposit $50 and trade $500 to qualify. Learn more.
X Rewards	Earn 50 points by following us on X/Twitter. Learn more.
Weekly Challenges	Phase II will feature weekly competitions and campaigns which reward both USDT (or a similar stable coin) and Rails Points. Details for each campaign will be shared as they launch in the Help Center and community channels.
Rails Prop Rewards (Coming soon! )	With the launch of a new product, you’ll have brand new ways to earn points. Stay tuned for details!

Phase III

When: Token Launch (December 2025) - Onwards

The launch will occur in December 2025. The exact date will be shared in Fall 2025.

Reward Type: Earn Rails Token Points.

FAQs

When is the Token Launch?

The Rails Token Launch is set to take place in December 2025. The exact date will be shared in Fall 2025.

What happens after the Token Launch?

After the launch, all earned Rails Points will convert into Rails Token Points. From this date onward, rewards will be in Rails Token Points instead of Rails Points. Here are some key details:

• Rails Points Conversion: 1 Rails Point does not equal 1 Rails Token. The conversion rate will be confirmed after Phase 1 ends to manage the token supply for rewards effectively.

• Rails Token Point Conversion: 1 Rails Token Point equals 1 Rails Token. Following the launch, a fixed token supply will be allocated for ongoing leaderboard competitions.

• Tradable Rails Token: The Rails Token will be listed on a major exchange, making it tradable.

When will the Rails competitions and rewards program end?

The details of our rewards program may evolve over time; however, we are committed to maintaining the weekly leaderboard competitions for the foreseeable future. These competitions will continue to distribute Rails Points until the token launch, after which they will award Rails Token Points.

Reward Details

Performance Points:

Compete in weekly leaderboard competitions to earn points by trading. The top traders on each leaderboard are recognized weekly on Mondays at 12 AM UTC. A total of 300,000 points are distributed weekly.

Participation Points:

A one time airdrop of 3,000,000 Rails Points will be distributed to all traders on Rails based on their total trading volume during Phase 2 (00:00 UTC September 29, 2025 to 11:59 UTC November 30th, 2025). Points will be distributed on December 1st, 2025. Points will be allocated according to the below formula:

$$P(r) = m + R \cdot \frac{(1 - p)}{(1 - p^{N})} \, p^{\,r-1}.$$

Where:

• $P(r)$ is the points awarded to the user at rank $r$.

• $m$ is the minimum number of points awarded (250 in this case).

• $p$ is a constant between 0 and 1 that defines the distribution (0.98 in this case).

• $N$ is the total number of users

• $L$ is the total point pool (3,000,000 points).

• $R$ is the remaining points above the minimum, calculated as $L-mN$

Referrals

Earn 50 points for each fellow trader you refer to Rails by sharing your code. Learn where to find or customize your code in the Rewards Page Overview.

You and your referral each receive 50 points once the minimum requirements below are met:

• Referral must make a deposit of at least $50.

• Referral must surpass $500 in trading volume.

Referral points are deposited to both you and your referral one hour after both of the minimum requirements are met.

Important: Activities such as referral abuse, artificial trading or multiple-account (“Sybil”) behavior may lead to account suspension termination, and loss of any earned points. Rails enforces this policy to keep our platform and our rewards programs fair and transparent for all users.

X Rewards

Earn 50 points by following Rails on X (formerly Twitter) by connecting through your Rails account in the Rewards page. Never miss an announcement and keep up to date on everything that is happening on our platform.

You must connect from within your Rails Rewards wallet in order for us to identify you properly. Simply unfollow on X then connect through Rails if you followed us on X directly. Users can only earn this reward one time.
