We strive to make creating your account as seamless as possible. Rails Pro has some restrictions compared to Rails Play in order to meet regulatory requirements because it uses real money, but we've designed our application to make this as frictionless as possible.
Follow these steps to submit your Rails Pro application:
Visit the Rails Pro website and click Create Account.
Select your Account Type. This should be Business or Individual for most users.
Select a unique Username.
Provide a valid Email address.
Choose a complex/unique password which only you will know.
Click Next.
Verify your email address via your inbox.
Follow the prompts to complete the questionnaire and any required verifications. Visit Rails Pro Requirements for more detailed information.
NOTE:
All users will require valid government issued ID and proof of address (e.g. utility bill) to complete identity verification.
Business applicants must also provide business documents to pass verification.
All new users are required to verify their email address. Once you create your account, an email will be sent to you from no-reply@rails.xyz* as shown below:
Click on the link in the email to verify your email address. If you’re having difficulty verifying your email address, follow these troubleshooting tips:
Check your spam folder.
Check that your email address was input correctly and there are no typos. If you identify there was a typo, create a new account with the correct information.
Verification links are only good for a period of time. If it has expired, try clicking Forgot Password in the sign in flow to retry.
Sign in with Google is a method that lets users login to Rails using their Gmail account. Follow these steps to sign in with Google:
Visit the Rails Play website and click on Sign in with Google.
Choose the Google account you would like to sign in with.
Click continue on the confirmation screen.
You should now be logged in and navigated to your rails account automatically.
